Anyone know of any places besides shops like GST, Speedelement etc.(which are all closed today) that sell sparkplugs for a STI..one of my plugs decided to foul out last night and now im in desperate need of some new ones. TIA

The NGK Iridiums at $9/each will be just fine, actually, they would be great plugs to have. They'll last you about 30k-50k miles.

Look up the part number at ngks site and then double check with napa.

i wish i read this saturday night before i called off the search..and decided to just forget about it and get drunk..

i checked the part number napa had and compared it to ones i found online..and the plugs they said were for sti's turned out to be wrx plugs..even though when they looked it up in the computer as a 2.5 liter turbo(2005).

thanks everyone for the help..ill probably make my way to gst sometime this week for the plugs

thanks
jeff

I just put the one step colder iridiums in my car last night...well more specifically jeff put them in.... anyways. I was having some lean/detonation problems and idle problems. Plugs were still good just on the white side.

My car is running like a friggin champ this morning. I got sideways leaving my house. Banged second gear and was gonzo. Idle is back up to where it should be...800/1000 or so.

Definately recommend going with these plugs.

The coppers are only a couple bucks but they won't last as long.

Just remember, with iridiums, do NOT gap them. You'll break the tip
