Now with the 245/45 dws they rubbed so I had to put 3mm spacers on the rears. Fronts have plenty of room.
Yeah I've heard of the potential need for rear spacers and a rolling of rear fenders. The Foz I'm looking at has WRX susupension. But good on ya for looking out.

Yeah nothing wrong with folks liking what they like. For me its really hard to source a clean set, that hasn't been powdercoated some other color, if the BBS's are gold it can be a challenge to match the gold if you ever needed a wheel to get refinished. If you bend one and need to source another it's a pain. Yes they're simple (aka "boring") but even that has it's place for that "clean look" as I posted in my examples.

Voted for the sti bbs preferrably gold. Will look great with Aspen white foz. With 225/55/17, you will need 3mm rear spacers to clear the strut.

Also, that guys red SG5 puts down some impressive power, if I'm not mistaken. Plus, it has a JDM front end. *******.
It does but that isn't the jdm front end, it's an impressive conversion of a gd sti bumper. I might be looking more into it, just a lot of body work unfortunately.

If you ever plan on tracking, this will create understeer.

will have to widen the front then too! Or use increase tire pressure in the rear a little. I'm sure there are ways a few options to help understeer issues, but honestly the Foz will be a daily driver 98% of the time. Thanks man!

Realy? I thought it looked like the legit JDM SG5 STi front end:

I think the guy doing the STi front bumper grafted to his front bumper is this guy, RE3rotors. Here's his thread: RE3Rotor's 04 FXT - Subaru Forester Owners Forum

It is the Jdm front end and I'm pretty damn sure that's Dave mirra so I'm more confused about that.

Hard to tell them apart sometimes. They do look quite similar, although I think the WRX STi front bumper is much more rounded and doesn't quite fit the lines of the SG body style, but hangs lower, whereas the stock SG5 front bumper and even the STi front end don't look quite low enough for my taste.

Also, hope your car gets le' fixed soon, good sir.

Agreed, the STI bumper lines don't flow as well

In other news . . . .

Still on the fence though I'm leaning towards the DPT's.

Been looking for nice BBS, but like others have mentioned they are had to come by. Anyone know of a place that can refinish paint them to OEM spec and color? Straight BBS's with some curbage and paint blemishes are a little easier to find.
