He wasnt a genius, Stephen Hawking is a genius. Steve Jobs was just a very ambitious business man that knew how to repackage existing technology and market it to the right crowd.
ok, rant off
Only using $40 billion? Apple has another extra $40 billion on top of the original $40 billion sitting overseas. All that cash and either #1 or #2 behind Exxon in market capitalization and not a penny towards a dividend for the shareholders, and certainly not a penny towards charity!
Didn't Steve sue another company for first using the name "iphone" as well? (Edit: oh wait, he stole the trademark name from Cisco and Cisco sued Apple)

I didnt really mean it like that, yeah you can do whatever you want with your money, but its just an example of what a miserable ***** he was, even on his deathbed he just didnt get it. And everybody has this twisted idol worship about this guy, how many people had him as their facebook profile pic last week? ugh.

In all honesty, wtf are you going to do with all that money?? I mean you and your family, even extended family, are set for life. Houses, cars, college, toys ect ect.... after all that, whats the point besides just saying "i have X amount of money".
Bill Gates is still alive and has donated millions if not billions and has started his own foundation. Theres more to life than just money.

If you were steve jobs, people would also call you a ***** and make jokes when you died. how is it possible to be donated an organ so you can live, have so much money that you're filthy rich and still not donate? thats just sad.

a donation is a gift given without expecting something in return. so he was donated a liver, why is it expected of him to go and donate money to charities? if a regular person like you or me needed an organ and was able to get it, would you be expected to go and donate money? why does the amount of money he has matter? and im not trying to be confrontational im just trying to understand your viewpoint better
