I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple's $40 billion in the bank, to right this wrong. I'm going to destroy Android, because it's a stolen product. I'm willing to go thermonuclear war on this.

Google bought Android back in 2005 and was in development the whole time your iphone was, YOU KNEW THAT! The fact that you beat the Android 1 to the market by a few months does NOT mean you invented the smart phone, hell Palm had the Treo before either of you.

All the designers I know at Apple really loathed Steve Jobs... They were sad when he died but they still hated him. I'm now beginning to understand why (getting more bits and pieces from his bio).

Only using $40 billion? Apple has another extra $40 billion on top of the original $40 billion sitting overseas. All that cash and either #1 or #2 behind Exxon in market capitalization and not a penny towards a dividend for the shareholders, and certainly not a penny towards charity!
Didn't Steve sue another company for first using the name "iphone" as well? (Edit: oh wait, he stole the trademark name from Cisco and Cisco sued Apple)
