a lotta people have gone to the alameda state ref and it seems that they arent so **** about things over there.

stay away from fremont wyotech ref station, i went there and they were a bunch of d1ckheads.

 

Ive been to the alameda ref and the sac ref. By far the mellowest people. Good looking out on the fremont station

 

What exact VC infraction did you get? I got a ticked for what I believe is loud exhaust (27151). Now I am catless which would probably not pass smog, but I just spent my whole weekend up at Laguna Seca and never broke the 92db law there... should I dare take my car with its catless system to a ref to test?

 

pm Gino. He got tons of stock pipes in his shop from his customers. I'm sure you could buy some with a little cash.

i have gone to the state ref in fremont before and they we're cool with me.... i had some stuff i had to switch out still and he put low on oil on the papers so i can get my due date extended. and also help me "lower" my db on my exhaust from 98 to 95 for passing...

 

i got stock up pipe, down pipe, and stock STI exhaust system. Let me know if u want em.
