Yep, body doesn't look like an M3, just a regular 3 series. Either way I think that wing is kinda ricey.

 

A ha! You are correct. THe only way you can tell is by the side moldings and side view mirrors, though. Otherwise you'd be able to tell by the side skirts and rear bumper but they're aftermarket on this car. Oh and it looks like it doesn't have dual exhaust pipes
