Green honda. Fakely painted Carbon fiber rear hatchback wing, this guy was blasting music, and reving like an idiot.
PT cruiser, wing on it + flame on side (very hard to see)
White eclipse, Loud exhaust and rear wing
2 integras, fart cannons + "VTEC" sticker
Dodge neon... the name already tells you rice if its modded lol
So yea, I do agree, its not nearly as riced as some, but to some extent, it is definitely Rice.

Im not joking, it looks like crap.... so my assumption is spray can paint. And it looks just like this in the video.
Well i dont know about the wing, but the red civics exhaust is pretty rice.. Not the rims.
