Not really a ricer car.. but a teenager i saw around my area drove an EVO and drove it like an idiot...

Blasting music like he was the ****, seat Reclined back and down.. And not to mention he launched at every stop sign thinking he was the ****... I swear he was going to hit something because his eyes were barely over the door sill and the steering wheel.

While you may be getting specific on what "rice" is, I think a lot of people have a broader idea of what rice is. I have a second term for cars that look dumb that aren't exactly "rice" and that is CHEESE, as in cheesy. That Camry is cheese to me. I saw one a lot like it on Friday too - CF wrap on the OEM lip, rotas, painted calipers, etc... It was at least mostly well done, but it is an automatic Camry, and there's no getting around that. Whatever though, it is her choice....yes it was a chick.

I saw an STI with Autozone mudflaps the other day. Yep, the ones with the chrome bits on the bottom edge of them. Does that count as rice?
