Don't know how much info you want to give, but I have got out of all three of my tickets that have gone to court, and helped countless friends/co-workers get out of them.

If you give me more info I may be able to lead you in the right direction. Also the most important thing is going to be weather or not radar was involved. California = 95% chance of beating if there was radar. Also, if a plane clocked you you have almost a 100% chance of getting out of it....give the deatils if you could and I may be able to help....I'm on vacation this week and might like the challenge fo finding the "driver friendly" holes in the law...

My last ticket was for 62 in a 35 mph zone, and my time in court was three minutes....pissed off that cop I'll tell you....

BTW I am not a lawyer...just someone good at research/reading

Well it was 11:00pm on the I-5 and he said I was doing 103 I told him I had on the cruise at 91mph he said he paced me at 103 I said well I had the cruise on so I dont know and that was it. He even saw my address and said I dont care if your in the
Air Force 103 is not cool. It was in Kern co.

Any help will be great.

So he had been behind you, and paced you....

This makes it tough...was there a unit number in the RADAR section of the citation/dockett?

Also, not to sound gloomy, but I-5 in Kern is a toughy....ker judges are tough....

Lemme look into it though...

Also since you said you had cruise set above speed limit....that pretty much sealed your fate...

A word to the wise....although you may look/feel like an *** in your car...when a cop asks if you know how fast you were going or asks you how fast you think you were going, assuming there anrent any conditions that would make the posted limit unsafe just say this "i can tell you I was doing 'X' (65 for example)"...they will look at you like you have Keispy Kremes coming out of your nose, and say yeah right, then they will say "how fast were you really going?" again say "I can tell you I was going X"...att his point they knwo ou are probably going to fight it and may make it a lower violation just to keep you out of court.....
