If your on 580 at North Flynn / Vasco. Keep to the limit
CHP is set up there and they had 9 cars pulled over at once coming down the hill into livermore. Including a Amtrack Bus...... 10 units - 3 all white
Listening on the police radio they sound to be set up going into hayward on 580 as well. And were running I counted at least 6 units runnning 29's So they have allot of people stopped there as well...
Be safe and watchout for drunks tonight......

good looking out man! I am not sure if i'll head out tonight... i am sure there will be bunch of crazy people... plus, it's cludy, not sure we'll see much of the fireworks...
