Just wanted to pass on a warning, one of my coworkers got pulled over for speeding coming out of the tunnel on the kaneohe side. There were 4 motorcycle cops out there right where 60 turns into 45.

While we're at it, I've seen 6 cops along H1 east (From Kapolei until about Pearl City), all had people pulled over. Also, 3 cops H1 west, from about Waikele until Kapolei.

 

good to know, i started going to that side occassionally.

 

i got tagged 62 in a 45 just inbetween those tunnels.
i graciously accepted my ticket.
i was speeding. no complaints.
i politely asked the cop not to show up in court.
that was 2 1/2 years ago.

took his ticket and came in to the office and complained all afternoon lol
