So I'm driving to work this morning and my cell phone rings. I don't recognize the number, but I pick it up anyway. On the other end is none other than Maita Subaru (I purchased my wrx there almost two years ago)!!

So I'm thinking, "Why in the hell are they calling me?!" He starts asking me how my car's doing, if I still like it, etc, etc.

We're having a nice little chit chat and then he springs it on me: "Have you ever heard of the STi?"

"Yes. . . ?" says I, with a curious overtone.

"We have a few and I thought you'd be interested in coming to check them out."

My heart dropped. What a jerk. Doesn't he know I'm trying to be responsible and sell my car and get rid of debt?! Doesn't he know I canceled TWO waiting list spots just so I wouldn't be tempted to buy one. So somebody stop me from going down there because I might just buy one. Ugh!

btw-- are the tires still available? brucelee PM'd me and told me that they would not fit his car.

With the realization yesterday that they wouldn't fit his car I sold them to someone else. I forget who, but he's coming to pick them up tonight.
