I use the nose strips... They seem to work. Kept waking up the girlfriend so I finally go some and they did wonders. I bought the name brand ones, the store brand ones don't stay stuck on all night

I tried the strips and they failed, I tried the mouthgard and it was terribly uncomfortable.

My solution was excersize. I lost 30lbs and no more snoring, planning another 20 just to be sure I don't at all. It's not the end all solution, Some people really have apnea and deviated septums or do not fall into the overweight category, so my method doesn't really work for everyone haha.

You really need to go to a dr and purchase it with medical insurance. Also you should do a test, they can even tell you how many times you are waking up a night and if you are falling into rem sleep or not etc. If you do have it you'll feel a lot better.

Breathe Right I think is the name. They're like 15 bucks per box of 30 or something

The ex used to make me wear the nose strip. I don't think it worked well, because she started wearing ear plugs to bed.

I'm not usually a person that snores. She just stressed me out a lot. LOL!!!
