Their houses should simply be set on fire...to make up for those who lost everything while the firemen were tasked to find these stubborn MF's.
These fires are raging... with 60mph winds pushing them all the firefighters can do is watch what its doing and warn people.
Here's the list of fires down there right now from the CDF (Cal Fire) web page:

seriously what the **** can you say? you sound like a complete ****ing moron right now.... its really not the time to be a "this is what they should have done" kinda person... because humans are losing their homes and lives.
No matter what you wanna say.
Some people were ****ing born and raised there.. and do they deserve this? No ****ing way. If you wanna say something completely retarded then go ahead and get flamed like a ****ing dick.
If you wanna say something dick about the fire department and how they are doing the best they can.. then go ahead.. and right after that why don't you run for governor because you have such an amazing idea on how to stop fires in a very dry/windy area.
believe me.. every option results in another negative place.
and what do you know about fire to say anything? I am really curious.. because I could probably shut you down on that aspect.
we can do controlled fires during off fire seasons.. and cause floods.. notice a few years back when san bernadino did the controlled fires to help with the massive fire.. and no one died.. until it rained and causes insane amounts of debris with floods killing people..
there are no easy options...
what ever you were gonna say... will not work right now.. because with every option comes a negative reaction at this point.
so why not pray or wish for the best of these people instead of being a *****? I hope you change your outlook some day.

its actually not one fire... it is multiple fires.
san diego, oceanside, LA, and more and more.. and whats crazy is.. even 150 apparatus is not enough for this...
How do you fight a fire with 108mph winds at some points!?
I truly pray for these people and my family... whats crazy is my mom/aunt/uncle brother sister and gramma are moving down there.

I hate seeing fires... It's really scary when you have to go through them. I lived in the Columbia river gorge in Oregon and when i was younger we had to see flames coming our way and not know if we would have a house to come home to. Before that fire though when i was about 6 or 7 our house caught on fire when we were asleep and going through those things are probably the reason to my fear of fire today..
What if the fire is Karma happening? How do you know it's not?
Those people never learn, that's why they have fires every year, and then mudslides in the winter.
I'm pretty sure it's a sign... like, oh snaps, don't live in an area that was once a COMPLETE, desolate, barren desert.
They take water from up here, use the most energy in the state to pump that water into that basin, to create the hell pit called Southern California.
I feel bad, I don't want their homes to be lost. But seriously, don't you think people will learn that it's not going to change...
I mean, I'm dead serious... Malibu has fires every year, and when it rains, they have mudslides, yet, all these people STILL rebuild there, year after year. I just have to stop feeling bad for them at some point.
