So I'm driving with my friend down mission street and this honda accord driven by some fat ugly *** woman, who looks about 30 pulls up close to me. I'm half way in front of her and she actually tries to make a right turn into my lane and get herself in front of me. Not only am I already in front of her, but I'm following someone so I don't let her in. I guess it sets her off and she starts chasing me! Then she starts throwing some random crap at my car!!

So by now I'm thinking that this ***** is crazy so I just start trying to lose her but I made a turn and got stuck at a light. Stupid me had my driver side window open and she drives up to my car and throws a nasty smoothy IN MY CAR (from EGGETTES none the less) and it splatters all over the interior.

That's when I called the cops. From this point on, I'm on the phone with the dispatcher the whole time. Now I start to chase HER so that I can get her plates down. So by now we're back on mission, I've already read her plates to the dispatcher and she makes a left up towards john mclaren park and we're going through residential.

Then she comes to a stop and gets out of her car. I don't realize wth she's doing because I'm still on the phone with the dispatcher, but she went to her back seat and pulled out a huge ****ing stick! She runs up to my car and starts pounding the hell out of it.

I told the cop, "as we speak, she's beating my car with a big *** stick!"

I'm sure he heard the loud pounding noises over the phone. After she was done taking out her anger on my car, she got back in her car and tried to drive away. I stayed on her until the dispatcher told me to just let her go.

I said "let her go!? how are you gonna catch her if I just let her go!?"

He said that getting her license plate was all I needed and now they have her address. I didn't want to but I stopped and pulled over to wait for the cops to come. Eventually 2 biker cops came and told me that they sent 2 units over to her house. I thought to myself, WHY would anyone go home? Who is dumb enough to do that? They're never gonna catch her. But lo and behold, the dumb ***** went home.

They said she had changed her clothes and tied up her hair and was fighting them. After awhile, they told me that I needed to be driven there to go identify her. When I got there, she wouldnt get out of the cop car cuz she knew I knew what she looked like. Eventually they dragged her out and I gave her a positive ID. Turns out she looked hella old but she is just a minor, who was on probation and just violated her parole!! She was driving her mom's car which I believe they towed. They also found the stick.

I'll be talking to the DA soon and get her to fix my car. But for now my insurance is gonna take care of the damage. Time for a new hood! Maybe even new seats. I payed $170 for a good detail and the car's interior is spotless, but it still reeks of that stupid sweet coconut smell. Everytime I smell it I get all ticked off again.

I just talked to my body shop, we're gonna get her for EVERYTHING. EVERY SINGLE tiny dent on the car. hey...if my intercooler happened to uh.....get DAMAGED in the process of her whacking away at my hood, do you think they'd cover that too?

Seriously, if you get a notice to go to the court hearing for this, do it. Go there, tell them that you had a fear for your life and safety when she got out of the car and was afraid that she was going to assault you. Really play it up. The problem with a lot of these situations is that the victim will just go through the DA and the defendant will just get a plea agreement and will be put back on probation. But if the victim is there telling her story, then it will be more creditable and she will likely get more time. Make sure you keep all recipets and everything pertaining to the damage to the car including all clean up of the inside and all work to repair the outside. Try to get it done as soon as possible and you'll be able to submit it to the court and she'll have to pay it in restitution. I work for Adult Probation in Santa Clara County and see tons of people like this who will just get 6 months county jail and then put back on probation.
