I've seen one of those driving around pleasanton before... pretty sweet. Then again, so are the bentlys, ferraris, saleen S7s, lamborghinis and all of those other fancy schmancy cars that seem to roll through downtown here... One that stood out to me though the other day was one of those Ford GT-40s I had to do a double take because it looks sweeter than the pictures

that's so-cal and the silicon valley for you

Kicking the car is stupid and lame, like any spineless vandalism. Taking two parking spaces because you think you can since your car cost $250k is selfish, disrespectful, lame and above all else - pretty much asking to be messed with. Bring the Vanquish to the mall? Sheezus park like everyone else. Mind you I have gobs of respect for these cars as well as pretty much anything else meaningful like that. The car does not however make the person. Seriously, I mean - I worked for my car too. So what if it only costs as much as his matched luggage.

+1 for folding the Datsun mirrors and watching the driver get in Dukes of Hazzard style. When I drove an '03 Z06, sure - I didn't want it to get tagged by Socca Momma and her kids, but since I brought that car, I took that chance. Never once thought "sheesh, I am in the spendy car - I deserve 2 spaces" at all.

I got a ticket once at the CSUH extension in concord... I parked in the back of the lot (the lot was 1/4 full max on the day this happened.) I wasn't driving my car and I didn't want anything to happen to the car I was driving (door dings etc. I was in a sc300 at the time) and my rear tire was barely over the line and the ****weed campus cop gave me a ticket for it.

So I agree, why should a $220K car get 2 spaces when a $40k car can't have it's tire on the line?

Sorry if I strayed from the topic a bit.

While we are on the topic of cooool cars. I saw this Sporty lookin Bentley on Stelling Rd in Cupertino. I have never seen it before and it wasnt the typical boxey looking Bentley. It had rounded corners and I believe was a 2-door. It was a Bentley because I could tell from the front grill and the license plate Holder. Anyone have a clue of what model this was and some specs. Looked nice!

I agree... kicking some one else's car is not cool at all. In fact, messing with other people's stuff isn't cool. The fact that he or she took up two spaces shouldn't even be a question, what is the question is that why would anyone have such rage to be able to do that or even want to do that to someone else's car?? I've never seen anyone shoot up a truck for taking up 10 parking spots. If that parking spot literally belonged to you, sure, get mad, but dang, shouldn't be kickin people's shi-t like that. you know?
