sup peeps? i'm comin up for JDM theory and need some ideas on where to stay. any suggestions on hotels and or motels? looking for something reasonably priced etc. near SF and Oakland area. please no broke down ish.

also, if anyone is into hiphop music, are there any shows goin on this weekend? I'll be in town from sat. til monday.

 

Well, that would leave out Oakland. Sorry Oakland folks, it's true. LOL. I guess if you're in J-Town, might as well stay at the Miyako? There's a bunch of hotels around that area anyway, you'll find something. Try to hit up one of those traveling websites like Travelocity or whatever.

 

Wait, isn't JDM Theory in Union City this time?
Not too many hotels that I can think of there though... maybe one of the places near the airport and then a quick run across the bridge for the show?

 

you should stay at the w hotel in newark which is right next to union city. through a telly there a few years back and it came out to $100?

 

i drove by the W one time, looked really nice but its kinna off the beaten path.

 

I stand corrected. Too many damn car shows with the word "JDM" in it posted. Yea, shouldn't be hard to find anything within Fremont/Newark/Union City. Those areas are decent anyway.

Well I got a room at my house, I might let u stay at, but I might be going to Davis this weekend to see my G/F. If I don't go the room is all yours~

finding a nice cheap hotel in sf is a mission.
if you know where rasputn music is or at check there they always have posters up advertising shows.

Good eats at the Alcapuco taco truck a couple blocks away if you drive up W. A St. a bit. It has it's own lot and it's across the street from the tiny strip mall and gas station. In the tiny strip mall that I just mentioned, there's a decent BBQ place called Carmen & Family BBQ.
