I can bet most of that can be polished out with several stages of polishing compound...the crack I would fix with epoxy and touch up paint (sanding, clear coat, polish)....the 3 -stage paint: base coat, pearl, then clear.
you can buy touch-up paint in an aerosol can from these guys:
Automotive Spray Paint custom matched | Aerosol Touch Up | AutomotiveTouchup | 888-710-5192
Price includes the base AND pearlized paint....buy the clear coat separately.
One can can easily do a spoiler or hood scoop...so a side mirror should be easy.
If you need someone to shoot it for you, I can...a lot of people have no clue how to shoot paint from a gun or can. I do product design & prop/ prototype building for a living...I can use the paint booth at my work too.
