nevermind I wake up and go to school, and the ducks are still there! -.- I think it might just be the pipe vibrating, ill try some heat wrap, and for you I think you got some rat's in your brakes, my prodrive BBK did that too, brakes are made out of metal too so they can squeak when they're cold, also it could be a sign that your brakes are worn out.

It comes from right in between the cat and the header, it cant be the gasket, i put gasket sealant inbetween in and torqued it down with new bolts

Did you maybe drop a chunk of the old gasket in the exhaust?

Is it an old cat. Maybe its breaking apart inside? It's just metal webbing in there.

Is it contacting anything above it? Like the bottom of the block or something?

did you reuse that shield looking thing that goes over the stock flanges that connect the headers to the cat pipe? Did you see if the front o2 sensor is hitting anything?

The shields came off with the old headers, the only shields that are on my entire exhaust are on the cats.

The old gasket came in 1 piece, the cat has 165k miles on it, but I dont see why it would do it after i install my headers and not before.
