did you replace the 2 gaskets that go to the heads and the one gasket to the cat pipe to all new ones? aldo did you take the cat pipe off to install the headers or leave it?

I replaced all 3 gaskets, and no i didnt take off the cat pipe

hmm *shrugs* you would have to take a look under and have someone rev it and follow the noise

I figured out what it was, it's the gasket between the headers and the cat, it's a metal gasket, so it rattles I guess cuz the bolts aren't tight enough, i'm gonna take it to my dads work to get this **** done there im tired of jacking this car up lol

but i wonder why it only rattles at some points and not all. prolly the pressure buildup releasing. its almost like a free bov.

i got some ramps that i can drive my car up on. really convenient.

I got ramps too, it just doesn't get the car high enough I like to have a lot a room to tinker around and **** with stuff lol

Yup, that's metal to metal contact. Something hitting something when the engine rocks back and forth during revs.

different vibrations from the engine at different RPMs? Frequencies not matching up right until a certain point?

Fixed, just bought some new bolts, and put some hi temp gasket sealant around the gasket to keep it from rattling (:
