I need to get a Smog check on my 03 WRX,
problem is I do not think I'll pass, so if anyone knows who can hook me up send me a PM.

what makes you think it wont pass smog? if all that you are missing is the downpipe then you can put it back on and get it smog'd

 

I don't think it will pass because of the DP, UP, exhaust, boost cntrl, BOV etc.. I'm trying not to put it back to stock..

you will only need to put the stock dp on with the cat to pass smog.
correct me if i am wrong

 

depending on how good the tech is, you may fail the visual inspection.

Throw a quality, restrictive cat on there, and then you'd still need to find a "hook-up" for a smog tech who would 'get something in his eye' when doing the engine bay inspection, and pass your visual.

Hehe stock exhaust and a 100 bill taped to the intercooler seems to work pretty good.
