Yeah crazy story, A friend of mine lives in the same apartment complex where they lived
(elan village) off river oaks and montague.

i was in downtown area a few hours before it happened...got home and saw it on Facebook before anything...pretty crazy

and yeah...SJ has been ghetto...a few years past, i witnessed 2 shootings in the southside...

It's funny how I know of the family's side of the story through a niece and the coworker's side of the story through myself and then the Media's story from the school. Each story is radically different from the other. I mean it's easier to think that there was a "bad person" and a "good person" and generally the side you associate with is the "better side" and what you don't know so well is "worse side". Who knows what the truth is, but honestly the truth is probably different even for the people involved.

A lesson in humanity.
