So the time has finally come. I can no longer afford my rex. With the new baby needing daycare, and our measly salaries, we've had to cut back on things. Namely, my car. I'm going to post it in the classifieds area but I had a few questions. I've never sold a car that I was still paying off before. Anyone know how that works with the financing and all?? Info much apprieciated! No, I will not part it out!

its like selling it owned... well title and stuff is the same as usual, transfer of title and all the regular forms for the dmv, the way the pink is transferred, you take their payment, pay off your bank, and tell your bank to send the title to either the new owner or their bank

 

I mean if someone were to take over the payments. I guess all that just needs to be hashed out with the financing company eh?

if u have time to put it back to stock, or most of the easier stuff, like bov, strut bars and such, u should be able to lessen the $ u would lose.

 

At the very least, I was thinking of doing just that. I still have most all of my stock parts. <sigh> All this crap is killin me.
