Ocean Beach maybe not so much. Presidio would be awesome. So many good places to take pictures there. They just put a new rock climbing place there. Looks totally fun. Seems like most subie people are in the east bay though. The big meets are all the way over there. Too far to drive to every week.

Indeed. My cousins parents pay for her rent, her car, her bills, insurance and even a credit card for gas....the whole shabang. What happens when they're gone? What a harsh reality check.

man, most of y'all are still lil pups, but straight up native SF'er here too....born+raised.
not gonna run down all my schools, but grew up on *** Hill while a real young buck (when I was small enough to think a chihuahua was a "super huge dog".....got chased by one after my pops picked me up from kindergarten. he always said, DON'T RUN! well, of course i never listened, incl. that one time. you shoulda seen it. i woulda left Usain Bolt in the dust as fast as i booked when that dog pounced after me! my mom ended up chewing my dad out cuz i came running up the stairs and was shaking like a leaf and wouldn't let go of her leg for like an hour! but mostly, she was pis#ed at him for laughing the whole time. all he could say was, "I couldn't catch him. I told him not to run!"......fun times! lol)
anyways, i spent my grade+hs years on the Westside and then hit LA/SoCal for college. I hella miss it down there and hope to get back for a bit again, but SF will always be home. I can't believe how crowded it's become tho.

I graduated from there in 1997. If you're in the same class I'm going to flip out
. Long time to be in a school that's K-8...
+1 for living on your own. But my parents still pay for my phone bill (family plan) and my fasttrak for the bridge. I guess they want me to continue to call and visit them haha.
I'm also down for a mini meet! Sounds fun

I grew up in Chicago, but moved to SF when I was in high school. I lived in the financial district for a little more than a year, which was sort of random but also really fun sometimes. I moved to Forest Hill after that and lived there for about four years. I actually went to a small private high school in Palo Alto.

The Presidio would make for a really nice shoot/meet.
I didn't grow up in SF, but I've been there hundreds of times for many reasons, and know my way around, for the most part. I looked at SFSU for a while before choosing a different school. I'm definitely not a native, but I love it. Now I'm trying to get a job there...
