If your car is OEM then your safe, but if you have any mods and you need them to think "outside the box" don't go there.

Mind sharing your experience or at least an explanation? While you may have a valid reason, it's hard to take your post serious without any explanation of some sort.

I agree, it's really hard to believe anyone having a bad experience. Everyone is really friendly there. Even the parts guy and I guess head sales manager was friendly. While I was waiting I asked the cashier lady if I can pop the hood on the 09 STi and she didn't mind at all.

Care to explain?

They've had no problems with my mods and even offered to install some of them. You are the one and only person I have EVER heard complain about SC Subaru and I've been going there since 2003. Hell I've seen a few track cars getting repaired there. Like Gary's old car with the ugly yellow wheels.
