airport service department is still the best!! i called them about the 07 reflash and they didnt know about it but hes willing to look up the pack # for me milton's the man

Yeah...I agree...Greg heads the parts department and he knows our cars...took him like a few minutes to look up a small part for me...
Thanks to Mark...who introduced me to Greg...
It really is nice to be able to go into a parts department and the guy not only knows what part you are talking about, but also knows how to look them up...I can't say the same for other dealerships I've gone to...

Greg is the man...he hooked it up on many parts....Real good guy to talk to. and knows about Cars....+1 for Airport Subaru.
Roger is a cool dude too...Helped me with my Coolant leak.

This is one of the shops that I couldn't even get a part number for...pretty sad...
All I was looking for was a part number and availability of the OEM Foglight Switch and Relay...they kept me on hold for like 15min and then told me they couldn't find it...luckily for me, friends on I-Club came to the rescue...
I miss Kaneohe Subaru and Keith the Service Mgr there...nice and honest guy...wonder where he is now...

yea the beretania store sucked not only did they take 3 months to replcae my strut the techs accused me of abusing my car and i drive like a granny really pissed me off.
