See, this is why I own firearms...
glad to see the military has their priorities correct. first thing to do in a disaster is make sure nobody loots the fcking walmart.
I knew this flood siht would get the survivalists worked up. Gun sales are booming in louisiana, not that my redneck friends really need an excuse to buy more guns. I don't mind the californian laws too much. The people I've been to the range with here scare me. Half of them are scared or ignorant of their own stuff.
Owning a gun while living in the bay area makes more sense. In new orleans you knew when hurricanes were coming, and had time to get out. Unless you were so broke you didn't have a car you couldn't use that as an excuse. Earthquakes sneak up on ya.

We've got enough guns and ammo at my place to last a while. While I won't list off the guns, let's just say there's a good spread between shotguns, pistols, and rifles.

There is no "good cheap" pistol.
I recommend a Springfield XD, or a Glock.
Wow, god damn. Seriously. God damn. I've never needed a gun but wanted one. After reading that and realizing how unprepared I am, I might need one. God, that sucks. Brucelee, sell me one ;p
