i was planning on going but all my firends backed out after hearing all the stories from people that use to live in union city fremont area 
and i wasnt about to make the 1hr30min drive by myself 
guess ill never get to experience this since we have been STRONGLY advised to not go when its dark and without a large group

i went there recently this year and just wanna warn you guys about the homless camp. didnt see any homeless walking around but there has been people living there for sure. its at the part of the sidewalk after you cross the bridge and walking towards the peoples backyard heading east
