Biggest I have seen was about 6" long, and they are ****ing scary. They will kill small animals and they are VERY hard to kill. On a construction job we nailed a couple that were around 4-5" long to a wall and they lived over a week. There are also smaller very poisonous ones that are blue/black sorta. Nasty all around. A friend has scorpions and while they are scary, they are nothing compared to these guys.
