went to santa cruz subaru tonite to schedule for an oil change and to have them properly aim my headlights (edm), to be scheduled as well, got them aimed there about a month ago and it 's a bit high, got a couple of nasty hand gestures for it already.
the service manager was cool, he called in one of the techs to look at it, even though i mentioned to him that we can do it on the scheduled appointment date. it's the techs that were rude. as soon as he saw my car, he was like, it's lowered!! is this still stock and so on, and so forth. i was like. if you don't wanna do it , then don't!! service manager was still trying to help.
so, tech opened the hood, got his flashlight and screwdriver, without even touching anything yet, he was like, "you know what, send this back where you got it" !! they were speaking in spanish and made some remarks to their boss as well, maybe it's time for them to go home and they're tired but at least they should be more proffesional!!

Well sir, today I had no appointment and got my oil changed, given I had to wait 2 hours, but it was better then being at work. ;x
They were very busy from my understanding. Bruce will do almost anything to make the customer happy.
And if they were 'speaking in spanish' they could have been being sarcastic, never know.
Its not unheard of for places that have practically perfect service to have a little bump. It sucks to be involved but you need to remember that we are all human. People make mistakes, and people can not be so giving 110% of the time.
Who knows, maybe that guy had to work the holidays and wasn't paid for some of his shop time. You never know the whole story.

you go to the dealership to have your edm's adjusted? i did mine in 5 minutes! read the guide on the proper leveling, take an 8mm RATCHING wrench to it, and be done in the time it takes to even discuss the topic!
