I just wanted to commend Santa Cruz Subaru, Charlie, and Bruce for making my first new car experience awesome.

A month ago, after much debating, I finally decided I was gonna buy a WRX. I had done the research on Edmonds.com, talked to friends, looked at the subaru website and found out what price I wanted.

I went into Santa Cruz Subaru expecting the typical 'dealer' experience. Charlie was awesome and completely non-pressuring. He actually quoted me a price below what Edmonds said I should expect. He also told me about their customer-for-life program which was icing on the cake.

One of the big concerns I had about buying a new car is not knowing any shops I could trust. I have heard many dealership horror stories so naturally I was a little skeptical about how good this one could be.

I had a short throw shifter installed recently, not a huge mod, but to me it was a big deal because it was my first mod. Bruce was incredibly informative and helpful, scheduled me a great appointment time and had the car ready about 2 hours earlier than originally promised.

Charlie, Bruce, and SC Subaru, you guys rock. Thanks again!
