Im thinking a good place to meet up would be at 4 corners.

Depends on the day and time. Try this during the day on a weekend, and you'll be competing for space with about 300 motorcycles all day long. Weekdays and/or nights would work, although Big Basin up from Saratoga sucks at night, since it gets random patches of wet pavement as it cools off.

Bah.. there's none of that out there.

 

night time would be dangerous for a drive up there just because of the wildlife. I would hate to come around a corner and clip a deer. or be the first one in line ad get nailed because i stopped for one.

 

nah i was just suggesting a place to meet up.. its true.. on the weekends there are lots of motorcycles.. I also ride a motorcycle. These days, when i ride its typically not in the SC mtns. Aside from being my commute every morning, there are alot of crazy guys on the roads on the weekends. Usually I will go up north and hit some of the lesser know roads. Some of which would scare most drivers.. not to mention 2 wheelers

I dont have any specific date.. But I would like to meet the crew.. When things arent so busy.. ill try to make it out to an event or try to organize one.

Seriously, watch out for dear, they are deal breakers for sure.

 

Avoid weekends & daytime. Too many cars on the road. Weeknights/late night are best, just watch out for the deer.
