Am I the only one who thinks this is really sad? What a waste of human. She could really be pretty if she wasn't taking meth... She'll probably never stop.

My friend recently told me a good/sad meth story about one of his old friends. Dude had dabbled with meth in high school with friends and ended up getting a really good job with the fire dept. He's married, has a house, BMW, nice truck, etc. Well he ended up getting injured on the job and put on disability.

While on disability he gets addicted to meth and his problems start. In the span of six months his life crumbles:

- loses wife
- loses job
- loses both cars
- withdraws entire 401k

As if that wasn't bad enough, here is where the REAL problems come in. Since he has no car, he goes and buys one but fails to get it insured, registered, etc. He gets pulled over, taken to jail and loses the car. Once he gets out of jail, he goes and buys another car. He gets pulled over again, sent to jail and loses the car. This happens THREE FREAKING TIMES! He bought THREE cars and lost them all!!! Add in the original two cars that went to his wife and that is FIVE cars!

So after blowing his retirement on repossessed cars he's penniless living in his about to be foreclosed home. By this time meth psychosis has really kicked in and the dude is a complete loon. He was wearing tin foil hats and digging through his kitchen floor trying to find king tuts treasure and claiming he cracked the davinci code and RE-CODED it so nobody else could figure it out!!!

Nobody has seen him for a few years now...

Oh forgot to mention one thing - at the very end he was 100% convinced that meth was the the meaning of life and that it could cure ANYTHING - cancer, aids, the common cold, everything. He said the reason it's illegal was because the government KNEW all it's benefits and wanted to hide it to keep it for themselves

I have a chick in class who claims shes just a social meth user and the drug isnt bad at all and she can handle doing it casually. End well she will not.

damn... that really is a sad story. that's why i only stick to weed. meth is a hell of a drug and can seriously destroy your life in a matter of months, case in point. i've never understood why meth can be so popular... we've all see meth heads and the side of effects of the drug, it's utterly disgusting. i guess maybe it seemed like a good idea at the time...
