I don't know why I'm picking on SCS, this looks like exactly the service I received from Cypress Coast Subaru. Telling me that the pulsing and surging RPM's on my stock automatic WRX was "the transmission trying to protect itself" and scheduling me for an oil change on a Saturday, when they are only open M-F. I may send them a link to the video and provide my views on the similarities of service procedure.
