Rockies......
I thought in order to be safe on base you had to tag it. Well, from my perception (which was pretty in depth
) the rockies winning run didn't tag the base. This sorta pisses me off because i wanted to see SD win... they deff deserved it with that jack in the 13th !! anyways, what do you guys think?

I'm actually in Denver right now on business. Its funny to see the fans totally defend the Rockies even though he obviously didn't tag home. I wonder if we'd do the same if the Giants were in that situation?

you also have to look at the 7th inning, i think it was, when a rockies player hits a bomb, but it hits the top of the fence...which is a homerun and the umpires got that wrong.
it was a make up call....im glad the rockies won that game. they deserved it.

There shouldn't be make up calls in most professional sports. Umpires, refs, etc all get judged by each call they make, so if they make a make up call, it becomes 2 bad calls on their part.
