Removing Greddy shift **** badge?

The badge on my used Greddy shift **** has always been tilted. Does anyone have any experience removing them? I thought of a hair dryer, but being a single guy, I don't have one.

stick a pencil, chopstick, or something similar up through the mounting end and the GReddy emblem should pop off.

You drive an Impreza long enough, and the whole thing ends up sounding like a squeaky(!) maraca
