FYI the ***** aren't interchangeable between 5MT & 6MT trannies...

why is that? i saw on tommy's car that he had the 6spd shiftknob and im pretty sure he has the 5mt

he either modded it (the STi shifter shaft is smaller diameter), or he has a 6MT

nope, fits just like any other shift *****. With no modifications, The dimensions are the same.

i just found out that the piston will not fit on the 6sp =\ so i guess im just looking for a 6sp **** for sale
