I'll be getting a E85 tune in the near future and I'll be using my stock turbo(VF-39) with these supporting mods. Some necessary others not.
Hallman MBC (Better turbo response)
KS Tech 73mm Intake (Not needed, but I have one)
DW 850cc sidefeed injectors (Biggest sidefeed currently available)
Helix Catted DP
Greddy EVO2 catback
Golan Stainless steel fuel filter 40micron 5-16th barb fitting
(The reason I bought this was to eliminate the intake filter on the STi. The in tank filter is made of paper and was concerned that E85 would break down the paper element and clog my lines. Nation did a nice little write up on removing his in tank filter and relocating it into the engine bay and used a Golan filter.

Exhaust and DP are just my preferences along with all the parts I'll be using.

Maybe Ed will chime in and get you better answer if I forgot anything

You pretty much got it. The main things you need are injectors that are sized up approximately 30% and a custom tune for the fuel.

Thanks

Also the corn used for e85 is not the corn we eat, it's only used for feed and gas. Please correct me if i'm wrong though. I do think that the price of e85 will go up if more people start to run it but it will be much less then cars that burn "normal" gas. Only thing I don't like is how the car will get about %20 less MPG's.

Anger me, not at all. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

This...

Corn used for ethanol production is field corn typically used to feed livestock. Ethanol production also results in the production of distillers grains and gluten feed; both of which are fed to livestock, helping produce high-quality meat products for distribution domestically and abroad.

I talked to Nicole Bode from propel and she told me of some coming soon E85 stations. I told her however that we need more preferabbly more closer to where I live, not only for myself, but I know a few people that want to/already use E85 and closer location would be more convenient if it had a better location. Fingers crossed this happens!

Update: So Nicole responded to my e-mail and said:

"After a thorough and detailed analysis, we have designed the California build out for Clean Fuel Points to meet the highest demand in the market, currently. We would love to have a Propel Clean Fuel Point on every corner, of course, and maybe that day will come. Over the next two years we will be opening 200 Clean Fuel Points throughout California, strategically and efficiently. Getting a Propel E85 fuel pump closer to you is a matter of time. I have shown these suggested site locations to our Director of Location Sales, Mike Kudriavtseff, and he will be reviewing them for consideration. We appreciate you taking the time to send these recommendations."

However I have an update on the following new stations opening and the expected months to do so.

Capitol Expressway will be opening at the end of July, 2010.

Montague Expressway will be opening at the end of August, 2010.

North 1st Street will be opening t the end of September, 2010.

Palo Alto will open in October, 2010.

Redwood City will be open in November, 2010

I went a little smiley crazy. Too bad not a little closer but hey like you said Matt give it time.
