Lets be honest, if it was an M5 or Porche, they are coming out with a nice pistol, like in a video I saw before... lol.
I've had guys swing at the drivers side window hitting it hard and attempting to break it while I was in the car driving my girlfriend, 2 brothers and sister around. I wouldn't have gotten out of the care, however, if I had a gun I would have got out and told him to get the **** back in his car...
Luckily I didn't have a gun, cuz I would have done something like used it on him. He was white, with another white buddy driving similar 2500 RAMs that were modded.
People need to stop getting out of cars in the middle of the road. The guy should have just drove by and nicked him on the way through.

The guy in the BMW is Mr. Calaveras. He owns the road and all of the adjacent land, and he has the powers to regulate traffic on that road in any way he pleases. The MS3 guy should be thankful. His car is one of the rare 335is that came with blinker delete mod from the factory.
