The day before thanksgiving she was hit by someone that ran a stop sign.

The impact rotated the car a full 90 degrees so im thinking he hit me at about 35-40 mph ... the door, C pillar, under pan of the trunk, rear deck and gas tank are all damaged severely.

If you have comprehensive insurance and police report to confirm, you have chance to get everything fully restored at the other party's expense since its their fault! Sorry about the bugeye's hit. I notice less bugeye models around now.

I've noticed that almost all Subies with rod knock are bugeyes.

Naveed is right.
If something, get new door and widebody kit.

Now that is a bummer - your car was always one of my favorites. Classic BugEye look. I hope it all works out and you get something that makes you happy.

WIth that much structural damage, I think that chassis is done.
It's probably better to start with a new chassis and swap parts

No question that one is over. Less expensive to get another chassis than to fix that.

Bummer glad no one was hurt. Seems like November is the worst month.
