I am not sure how old this guy is, but who was the actual buyer of the car? The dad or the kid? Because in EITHER case, I think Mark should deal with the Dad, given the medical circumstances.
Psykhotic, I feel for you. I really do. It sucks. But I dont think anyone should be given $1500 just because they are in tears. If that is true, you should give Mark more money, because I am sure it sucks having your house flooded.
And, I am not taking Mark side, really. I am just being reasonable. When Mark was unreasonable after his "drama" at VISHNU, I layed the smack down on him, because from a standpoint of reason, to me, he was wrong.
I just say it how it is. For example, I think that Zoeb smells funny.

Can't you salvage some parts? I am sure tranny is ok and so are tires and struts and other mist crap. Who keeps the parts and the $ from them? Becuase if the kid has them, he can make much more than 1500 from it I think and he should be happy as he will end up with 3500+.

damn that sucks for both parties...
I think we all feel bad for psykhotic, but technically the car was in your possession to take, so id be thankful that marksti even chose to buy back a totalled vehicle for 2k....
