Question regarding CEL

So I got a p2096 (fuel trim lean bank1) and the thing is I have gotten this CEL light about 4 times in 6 months or so...

Mods:
16g
Headers
TBE catted
Short ram Intake
Turbo inlet
Fuel pump
Tmic
Boost controller
-always tuned-

So all times I got this code it was under similar circumstances; weather was cooler than normal and I had just driven off less than 1 min.and car had been wet or is rainy. I noticed performance wasn't sacrificed, car still felt normal just with a CEL on.

My question(s):
Do these factors have anything to do with the CEL?
Have any of you gotten this code?
Is it serious?

Any help will be appreciated thanks guys!

Front o2 sensor maybe?

EDIT: Actually more than likely the REAR, now that I remember I had the same problem in my 05, a new rear o2 fixed it right up, the rear's are pretty cheap too.

That code is post catalyst system too lean. It's likely that the rear O2 is going out, but I can just disable the code as the rear O2 is only used to determine cat efficiency and won't effect anything else. If you're tuned with an AP, send me an email and I'll email you an updated map. If we did an OS tune, stop by the shop sometime and I'll take care of it for you.
