okay so let me try and be more constructive here.
How difficult? To be able to answer your question accurately, we need to know how confident are you with working on a car and if you have all the necessary tools to do the job. Some people say a turbo/injector/fuel pump is hard. You might feel the same, or you might think it's easy. Maybe u can try and utilize some of the websites out there like "how things work" and do some reading on your own.

Not sure where I am going to build it. I'll probably do it in my mom's garage in Fremont which is like 10 minutes away from the dealership. Haha.
