Well, I dont fall into that demographic, and my time is still more valuable to me than to tell the cop to pound sand. The number of hours it would take to go get my car, find alternate transport, etc. ends up being worth in the thousands, which is more than a fix it ticket costs.

for every one saying "cop cant do that, cop cant do this, i have my rights"
blah blah. no, THEY DO NOT WORK!

on multiple occasions i've been through this because of other people acting like they know the law. one was so assure of himself saying he knows lawyer, blah blah, he ended up in handcuffs and in the back seat because he wouldnt shut up.

cops do as they please and the moment you try to step in, automatically he reaches to his shoulder and says "i need back up".

just do as the cop says and be nice, thats a way out, not trying to be a smart ***.
if they do anything wrong, handle it afterwards after you got his badge number or his name.

Well, sure. But, the general vibe you get from SoCal to here is like the vibe you get surfing Ocean Beach on a rainy winter morning vs. surfing Indo on a sunny day. SoCal being OB.... you always have a bad feeling somethings lurking below.
