ProSport Gauges
#31
theres no such thing as accurate gauges
all are jus close estimate to whats its really reading
if the data logger says your car is reading 25psi and the boost gauge is reading 27psi,
just subtract 2psi when you read the gauge, yes Defi is also off by 1-2psi like every damn other gauges
trust me i went thru many many different gauges
but different have way better quality than others, as of right now i love my prosport, 4 gauges for $300 brand new is damn good to me

Gauges are the same, 198 degrees vs. 194 degrees for oil or water temp. will that make a difference?
Boost is more important but again 1 psi difference is not critical. unless you have some 5,000 hp drag car and $10's of thousands of dollars are on the line, but for the other 99.9% of the world +/- 1% is accurate enough.

And the truth shall set you free... as a gauge manufacture this is the most accurate post I have read this month. Everything in the world has some degree of accuracy, weather you are talking about watches or gauges. a rolex is a few seconds more accurate than a timex but besides a status symbol did you need to know if it is 8:30.00 or 8:30.03.
