Good point, but when I am monitoring oil temp and pressure it doesnt need to be exact since right now all I have is a dummy light to come on when my engine is about to seize...

Lately, my boost gauge will not work correctly when the outside temperature is greater than 80ish. It will constantly bounce off of -30 vaccuum then back to boost. My oil pressure gauge will sometimes bounce off of 100psi constantly, as well as my friends oil pressure gauge. I assume its the senders getting too hot, but not sure. As others have said you get what you pay for.

If your buying defi's you might as well buy an zero/sports gauge cluster too

Personally, if I had the money I would just settle for the oem factory boost gauge....

Doesn't require the control unit, so you won't spend 500$ on 'em, but you still get Defi quality. They have an opening ceremony and everything. What's the point of gauges if they're not accurate? o.O

Still gonna spend $500 on them...

Thats what Im saying, Im not willing to spend $500 on gauges right now. Once I do a swap and need to monitor other features then maybe.

For sure. I would do an engine swap first.

Hope you got the warranty with it....

I have the Halos. I am pleased with them so far. Still haven't have time to install the oil press yet, but here's the boost:

On the dimmest setting it is still pretty bright, but the halo doesn't overpower the face lighting on any setting. I had to put the shroud on because even with it set to amber, it reflected off the windshield at night. If I make it to the V-Jay Jay meet this week, you can check it out, if you are there. I may have something going on Wed. night though.

theres no such thing as accurate gauges

all are jus close estimate to whats its really reading

if the data logger says your car is reading 25psi and the boost gauge is reading 27psi,

just subtract 2psi when you read the gauge, yes Defi is also off by 1-2psi like every damn other gauges

trust me i went thru many many different gauges

but different have way better quality than others, as of right now i love my prosport, 4 gauges for $300 brand new is damn good to me
