Question Preparing to sell my car - should I get the paint touched up?

I'm preparing to sell my 2000 2.5 RS (BRP). Living in San Francisco the last 7 years has left its impression. The front bumper is pitted and rough plus a nice shiner from where some a-hole swiped it while parallel parking and the hood has small chips here and there.

However, the paint itself is very glossy and nice as I wax it quite often.

Is it worth finding some place to touch up the front bumper and hood pits or just bite the bullet and take some money off of the price of car?

Same question goes for curb rash on the rims.
