You can get it to 8 folds but only if you are in a plane at 10k+ altitude traveling against the earths rotation. Even then you need some massive muscles.

My Dad's friend's brother's cousin lives by an airport where they do anti gravity flights...maybe he can hook it up since he lives by the airport.

Underbody neon lights actually weaken the wheels by quite a bit, it doesn't matter what wheel either... The neon light actually fills the "air holes" with microscopic grains of rice, and when the brakes get hot, the rice grains grow and weaken the wheel.
