Why don't you come see Bryan? He is very talented and will bend over backwards for the customer.

Agreed 10s noooo way.

Funny..i went toe to toe with my brothers EVO AMS gt35r kit, HKS cams upgraded intercooler blah blah blah..the whole 9 in parts...so i actually don't have to bench race this one

On pump meth at that time i put down about 400whp..he was doing 410 on Shivs dyno on 100..we went a few times on a roll from 30-140+mph.
Dead even.

Since then I've done a few upgrades to the car...so it should be alittle faster.

The funny thing about EVOs is that you tend not to pick up a whole lot after you replace the turbo..as the gearing really holds the car back in the 1/4mile.

I think the '07s have a new VF43 turbo. There was some thread about it in the NASIOC forums.

Agreed..to a point. Shifting into 5th in the 5-speed is a real ***** and you lose a ton of steam due to it being spaced so far from 4th.

The MRs its a bit easier since its a true close ration box (despite the MR 6-speed being a heap)

A few camps have already run 10.8s on the 20g-9 (*cough* buschur *cough*). As much as I hate them, they did it. Quite a few other camps out there running 10s on the stock turbo (129mph trap?)(buschur, dynocrack, Curt Brown, TTP, etc) so considering the 20g has a bit more breathing room up top, I expect to see quite a few more 10.99 or lower slips coming out (although itmay not be on pure 100oct, C16 or 100+meth perhaps)

But yeah..I'll stop there with the bench racing, I dont want to start to sound like those idiots on evom.net

As for carebear doing my tuning, I have nothing against bryan and he obviously is a good tuner, I just reside in a different camp and my tuner will not so much be tuning my car, as he will be teaching me to tune (I already have a WB, laptop, ecuflash, etc)

Here is my best run from the dyno day. The stock fuel pump was poopin out on me. Got it replaced with a Walbro 255lph when I got home though. The pdf is the current dyno.

Tune1.jpg and tune2.jpg were from last year when I was tuned. Since then I have added a catback and crank pulley. I am down 6.7whp and down 2.3wtq.

Is the loss from my fuel pump issues? Or is it from power loss do to use, or can a dyno run be off a few hp and tq depending on temp and hunidity and such? It seems like asmall loss just wonderred what it is from and if I should be worried. Look at the diff in my AF's from the pdf and tune2.jpg. that awesome how they can tell the pump can't keep up just by the reading.

Yeah, good driving indeed. You should run "racers" from norcalevo. He turned out an 11.9 on pump with this street tune from andy

yes im aware of that evo you jus mention
if you go down to speed element ask him
if theres another evo with stock turbo faster than that evo
andy him self said that theres a white evo with ssr rims faster than evo you jus mention that tuned by andy
the white evo with ssr rims runs full 100 octane and dyno at 335whp on eip mustang dyno
and i have beat him countless times from a roll with my of course 100 octane map

that white evo with ssr rims is my friend btw his name is eric
and im sure racing from a damn 40 mph roll or 60 mph roll driver does nothing but shift
its all about power in that damn kinda race
so no skills really needed

Maybe not in your case....but the other driver can be lacking therefore giving you the win.

Darn i tried to go out looking for some freindly runs with EVOs and can't find them around here in the bay area..crap i drove 100 miles to run a couple EVOs that backed out.

Hes pretty lucky to find EVO drivers that'll race him IMHO.
