Are they ano blue, or do they have the protective plastic coating still on them? Stupid question, maybe, just never saw blue ones.
For my dead pedal (installed on a Legacy), I ran self tappers to make holes, then ran short machine screws with a slightly larger diameter and countersunk heads - looks just like all of the other pedals. Still inside the car/covered by inner fender, so no rust.

Anodized blue! Yea i tried to pull up my carpet and check to see how i can mount it but im not to worried about it right now. More worried about getting my wrx smogged... ROFL

I thought they don't care about aftermarkets unless its over the 92db lvl and no leaks?
